The Rfloxa Hawk 31 Pro is a front fork for electric dirt bikes — an inverted oil-and-spring design with full damping adjustment. This is the version without the MAX clamp: a cheaper way into proper suspension.

Pro or Max — what's different

The core is the same: same geometry, same travel range, same adjusters. The difference is the top clamp — the Hawk 31 Max has the wider Triple Clamp MAX. If you don't need the wider clamp, the Pro gives you the same suspension for less.

Choosing the spring for your weight

This is the most important decision when buying this fork — no amount of adjustment will fix the wrong spring.

203 mm travel (compatible with a 19-inch wheel):

  • 45 lbs: up to 85 kg
  • 60 lbs: 85–130 kg — for aggressive riding and big jumps
  • Progressive 45–60 lbs: 80–130 kg

228 mm travel (compatible with 19 / 21-inch wheels):

  • 45 lbs: up to 85 kg
  • 55 lbs: 85–120 kg

The weights given are rider weight in full kit — helmet, body armour and boots. Sitting on the border between ranges? Get in touch before you order.

What it fits

  • Sur-Ron
  • Talaria
  • E-Ride

Fitment depends on the model and year, and on the Talaria the lower bearing differs from the Sur-Ron one. Send us your model before buying — we'll confirm it and tell you exactly what you need.

Specification

  • Axle spacing (centre distance): 750–800 mm
  • Main piston travel: 203–228 mm
  • Stanchion diameter: Ø37 mm
  • Brake caliper mount spacing: 74 mm
  • Brake disc: Ø203 mm (can be upgraded)
  • Damping system: inverted oil-and-spring
  • Adjustment: multi-stage high-speed compression, low-speed compression, rebound, spring preload
  • Material: forged AL6061-T6 aluminium lower legs, AL7075-T6 upper tubes
  • Spring wire: 55CRSI
  • Triple clamps: precision CNC machined
  • Intended use: electric dirt bikes, downhill bikes

What each adjuster does

  • High-speed compression — sharp hits: rocks, edges, landings
  • Low-speed compression — smooth movements: braking, weight transfer in a corner
  • Rebound — how fast the fork returns; too slow and it gradually “packs down” and loses travel
  • Preload — a starting point, not stiffness
