Returns and complaints

Returns within 14 days

If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract — without giving a reason. The full terms are set out in the refund policy.

How to do it

  1. Write to us at jgracinggg@gmail.com or call +48 534 297 947. Give your order number and what you want to return.
  2. Send the goods back to the address we give you in our reply. The product should be complete and not used beyond what is necessary to check whether it fits and works.
  3. We refund your money by the same method you paid with, once we have received and checked the parcel.

Before you send it back

  • Keep the original packaging, especially for controllers, motors and suspension — these parts are sensitive to transport.
  • Include every part from the set: bolts, cables, connectors, instructions.
  • The cost of sending the goods back when withdrawing from the contract is borne by the buyer, unless we agree otherwise.

Made-to-order products

We build wheels by hand to a specific configuration — size, tyre, spoke and nipple colour. An order like that is made for you alone, which is why the rules for returning it may differ from the standard ones. If you have any doubts at all about the configuration, write to us before you place the order — we are glad to advise and it costs nothing. You will find the detailed terms in the refund policy and the terms of service.

Complaints and warranty

If a product is faulty or has stopped working, report it straight away, ideally with a short description of the symptoms and a photo or a video. With controllers and motors it helps a great deal to know what setup they were running in: which battery, which motor, which settings.

We take complaints at the same address: jgracinggg@gmail.com.

Worth knowing

Tuning parts change the way the bike operates. Damage resulting from overloading the system — for example burning out a stock motor with a more powerful controller, or overheating a battery that is not intended for that kind of current draw — is not a product fault. That is why we ask about the rest of your setup before you buy, and why we ask you to ask as well.

Transport damage

Check the parcel while the courier is there. If the box has been damaged, have a damage report drawn up — it makes the whole matter much easier. If you notice the damage after unpacking, photograph the packaging and the contents and send the pictures to us the same day.
