Refund policy

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract and request a refund.

To qualify for a return, the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them, must not have been used beyond what is necessary to check their characteristics and functioning, must have their labels attached and be in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel. The cost of returning the goods when withdrawing from the contract is borne by the buyer — we do not provide a prepaid return label unless we agree otherwise. Goods sent to us without the return having been reported in advance will not be accepted.

Damage, defects and incorrect shipments

Please check your order on receipt and contact us without delay if the goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product. In such cases we cover the cost of the return shipment — a complaint is not the same thing as withdrawal from the contract. For controllers and motors, a description of the configuration they were operating in is very helpful: which battery, which motor, which settings.

Exceptions / goods not eligible for return

The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to products made to individual order — this concerns above all wheels built to a specific configuration (size, tyre, colour of the spokes and nipples). If you have any doubts about the configuration, write to us before placing your order. This does not apply to complaints about defects — those we always accept.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new one once the return has been accepted.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, for any reason and without giving a justification. The goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused beyond what is necessary to check their characteristics and functioning, with their labels and in their original packaging; the receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Pursuant to Article 34(2) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta), the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether it has been accepted or rejected. Once accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method you paid with, within 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
