In the last four zones we settle in złoty and convert the amount to euros at the current exchange rate — that is why we give both. The złoty amount is the binding one. You always see the exact cost, and how much is left to reach free delivery, in the cart and at checkout, in your own currency.
We calculate the free delivery threshold from the cart value before shipping costs, after discounts have been applied. In the cart you will see a progress bar showing how much is left to reach free shipping.
Lead time
This is not the same thing as transit time. We count the lead time from confirmation of the order to the parcel being handed over to the courier.

We give an individual lead time on every product — if it differs from the figures above, the one stated on the product page applies.
Why do wheels take so long? Because we build them by hand to your configuration: bike model, size, tyre, spoke and nipple colour. We do not keep finished wheels on the shelf.

Shipping abroad
We ship to 29 countries: the whole of the European Union plus Norway and Switzerland. You see prices in the local currency straight away — the country switcher is in the top bar of the site.
Customs duty and import tax — Norway and Switzerland
Parcels going outside the European Union are sent on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The product price and the shipping cost do not include customs duty, import tax or clearance fees:
- customs duty and import tax are assessed by the customs office of the destination country,
- the clearance fee is charged by the carrier.
Both are paid by the recipient of the parcel, usually on delivery. We include an invoice and customs documents with every parcel.
Within the European Union there are no extra charges — the price you see is the final price.
