19/16 offroad wheel set with Journey tyres included — available now, with no wait for production. The classic motocross layout: bigger wheel up front, smaller and wider at the rear.

It is the same build as our made-to-order wheels, just in a finished, standard all-black configuration: JGR rim, hub and spokes in black. You order, we ship from stock. If you want your own colours for hub, rim, spokes and nipples, we have the made-to-order version.

What is in the set

• 19" front and 16" rear wheel, both on straight-pull hubs
• Journey offroad tyres 70/100-19 and 90/100-16 — included in the price and fitted
• Rim lock
• Rim tape

The rim lock is not an extra — at low pressure and high torque the tyre can rotate against the rim and tear the valve off.

Why 19/16

• 19" front — rolls over bumps better, clears obstacles more confidently and tracks more steadily
• 16" rear — more durability and maximum traction, because this wheel puts all the power down

This is the default choice for enduro and motocross riding. If you spend most of your time on tarmac, 17/17 supermoto wheels make more sense.

Construction

• Wider than the original wheels — they take full-size aggressive motocross tyres and give you a larger contact patch
• Straight-pull hubs — the spoke runs in straight, without the elbow that is the weak point of a conventional hub
• Noticeably stiffer build, better power transfer and sharper steering
• High resistance to impacts, twisting and overload

Why straight pull matters on an e-moto

An electric motor delivers full torque from zero, with no clutch and no build-up. The wheel takes the torque hit in a fraction of a second — which is why hub stiffness matters more here than on a petrol bike.

Before you order — changed geometry

A larger front wheel raises the front of the bike and makes it tip into corners a little more slowly. Off-road that is an advantage; on tight technical trails it is a matter of getting used to it.
